★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a trundler bed from lifestyle furniture a day before lockdown, I messaged to find out if beds were still able to be delivered as it is essential, I spoke to Manjit via FB messenger, Manjit advised that they were unable to deliver during Level 4 they said once levels have changed someone will be in contact. I have waited 2 wks and it will be another 2wks with the extention of lockdown looming. I have again sent multiple msgs to Manjit asking for a refund as I have found other places that are able to deliver during lockdown. Nobody is responding. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a contactless transaction! $899 is not just play money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Purchased a corner couch and paid $150 for delivery from Manukau to tuakau. Couch started deteriorating within two months. Contacted customer service via email twice before getting a reply. Was informed due to level 4 we can't do any thing at the moment and someone will be in touch with you in level 3. Long story short I'm still waiting for a response from Manukau store and my last email bounced back saying the receivers inbox is full. I'm yet to visit the shop which I cannot wait to do and have a face to face conversation with the staff. DONT EVER BUY ANY THING FROM LIFESTYLE FURNITURE.

I used the money awarded to me to buy from a better store and now have a great couch, thanks**
ONLY BUY FROM HERE IF YOUR LOUNGE HAS NO WINDOWS. I would give 0 stars if i could. Purchased a couch early February from here. The sales rep specifically said this one was the better one for us out of the two we were looking at. because the lower side was movable and we didn't have to decided straight away if we want it beside the Ranch Slider or the Kitchen. He knew we were putting it near a Ranch Slider and thought it was good. Three months later the couch is faded and the material is starting to deteriorate. The store can't help us they say phone the 0800 number. The 0800 number is Sales only and customer services is only available by email. Eventually customer services came back to me and said we are at fault because we exposed the couch to sunlight and their couches can not be in sunlight. I asked why we were not told this when we purchased the couch, they said 'it is in the warranty' We were not given any warranty information. I asked why did the sales rep not tell us when we discussed with him the orientation of the couch. I was told "you put it in extreme conditions you are at fault" I asked why their website is full of pictures of couches exposed to sunlight. I was told "your couch is damaged due to negligence" I called back the 0800 number to ask Sales if they would sell a couch to go in a room with windows. He would not answer the question and hung up on me. Now I know a couch exposed to sunlight will fade over several years but it should not be almost unusable after only 3 months. If you have a dark room that needs to be furnished this might be the place for you. Otherwise steer clear.
