β β β β β Frustrating and pathetic. I went in to get a specific pair of DG glasses. They only had a worn and scratched demo model that they tried to sell me. On top of that I saw the sales girl drop the glasses twice on the floor before proceeding to wrap it up for me... I told her no way and that I wanted a fresh pair that hasn't been damaged and dropped. They ordered another pair for me from another branch and promised next day delivery and that they would definitely be ready for pickup the following weekend. I call after the promised date and the sales girl cheesily made up patronizing excuses. Save your money. I don't know how such a poorly run establishment still functions on high street.

β β β β β I brought some Oakley's a few years ago. I was told if anything happened to them I would be able to get them fixed or new ones for helf price. I just rang them and they said that only applies to the first year of purchase... that's not what I was told. It was for the life time of the classes and they had my details and it would be easy now my purchase was in there System. Not happy!!!!!

β β β β β The lovely lady there helped me find the perfect sunglasses after trying near on every single pair in the store we found the perfect pair. I had to apologise to her for being indecisive but she was so lovely and kind and had excellent customer service skills!

β β β β β I had the most amazing experience in the Sunglass High Street store. Natalie and Sarah were super friendly and helpful and in helping me select my brand new pair of sunglasses for my overseas holiday.
Not only did I walk away with a stylish pair of sunnies, but also got plenty of travel tips to the dreamy white sand beaches of Goa.
5 stars from me and will definitely come back again and be my go-to place for sunglasses in the future.

β β β β β Absolutely amazing service. The store manager and staff truly deliver in the sunglass hut experience and does it with such joy, its hard not to feel like you're surrounded by friends. Manager was great, friendly, cheerful,an overall joy to shop from. She gave my glasses the best shine ever ! Will be returning to shop here again. Highly recommended.
