I ordered a part in store after almost 10 days I went to check and they stated that BNT had probably not sent yet, which is like a stone throw away from there store. They called BNT and they stated they sent it on the exact same day I had ordered. They went into the back store and realized they were not organized. U came back 3 days later and they still couldn't find so they gave me a refund, no compensation just a "oops sorry". Meanwhile my car is illegally being driven around as my wof expired awaiting this said part. This is not the first time these guys have stuffed my order. Never again. Go repco I got my part INSTANTLY.
