★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online for 7.20 pickup. Arrived at 7.20 to be told 5 more mins. At 7.40 I asked again and was told they were still waiting for the kids burger. Finally got meal at 7.45....25mins after original pickup time!
Also saw a guy using his bare hands to pick up fries which had fallen out and had been on the worktop to use them to top up the fries cartons.
The 2 staff at the front were very polite and working their socks off (the only reason I'm not giving a 1 star)
Burgers were fine, but most of the the motobites were cold so we left them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burgers have improved, and they were ok to tailor the burger to add some spice. Overall, a really nice meal. Would be even better if they closed the door on cold nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was eating here the other day with some home boys who made it out of the hood.. We entered this place and immediately saw 2 pigeons eating the food in the kitchen. This is health and safety problems that could of potentially been very dangerous. My mate was very scared of this creature and wanted to kick it in the head. On the bright side burgers were pretty decently cooked. I rate it a 9/10. Please next time kick the bird in the head so we can eat peacefully (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re only getting one star because I have to give one… What an absolute let down!! The kumara fries were burnt beyond flavour, the chicken on my burger was dry and paper thin, the so called avocado was a squirt of watered down green goo that basically missed the burger, the only pleasant thing was the time spent with my hubby, I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wed 26 Jan 22 approx 3.00 pm. Terrible service, ordered 2 lots of fenders and large spud fries, waited 25 mins for the food and food arrived bagged but cold, took it back to the counter and asked for a refund. The refund took 10 mins as he could not credit my card, I got the money back eventually in cash after a phone call was made. I really wanted the food made again hot as its so good usually. A young chap called Max served me and said he didn't care if I left a bad review as he had already resigned. His sass and attitude was shocking to me, he almost enjoyed arguing with me. So awful to be treated that way. I told him his attitude was awful and said resignation or not that it is not the way to conduct yourself. Burger Fuel is the step up from normal takeout and is my preference over some restaurants. So sad to be treated that way. I hope the owner doesn't lose too many customers due to this person Max.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike other recent reviews, I found the staff friendly and patient. Attention to detail might be lacking, as we didn’t receive 1 order of fries. Above all, the food is a letdown. The kumara fries were so salty as to be inedible—no one in our family of 4 could stomach them. The burgers were swimming in mayo—unfortunate overkill—and generally bland in every way (buns, patties, tomato). There are too many good burgers to underwhelm.
