I usually order online and theyve had my order ready on time. I feel sorry for the size of the workspace but feel that all staff work well with what theyve got to deliver the best food and drink! I always notice the regular staffers and how they go the extra mile when its busy. Awesome team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is appalling. I have thought it in the past but today took the cake. From the get go I felt like an inconvenience and the grumpy girl didn't really want to be there. She put my smoothie on the counter with out a glance or word. I walked of taking a sip on my smoothie. The lid wasn't on properly and was running out. I went back and asked for serviettes to clean up the cup. At this stage I didn't realise that the smoothie was all over my jumper and running down my jeans. The girl never said sorry or how can I help.. nothing. I said to her you could put a bit of effort into your job and she snapped backing thought the lid was on" still no apology. I walked of and glanced over my shoulder to see her laughing with 2 people at the counter. I was on my way to the hairdressers and spoke to her about it, she told me that she hates going there and will only get something if someone else is going that way... good one tank winning staff. FYI I was there at 9am on the 16th June. I won't go back there out of principle now. I like a smile not a scowl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my partner and my lil sister went to Tank juice Henderson at 5:35pm (11/04/2021) and they didn’t serve us. On the website it says it closes at 6pm. If you can’t serve customers after 5:30pm you have to change the timing in the website please.... We are very disappointed.
2 male staffs were there and they didn’t serve us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love a good tank juice always taste fresh and delicious. This one though is in dire need of a revamp. The salad section always looks a little sad and off putting. And tbh having the rubbish bin directly next to the fruit is just gross. Staff are mostly pretty good, friendly and efficient, but could do with spending a bit more time on the upkeep and cleanliness on those less busy periods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad. Electronic ordering system at the checkout is terrible. The only option for a reusable cup was "yes". Staff were not interested anyone was at the counter - that hasn't changed for the last decade though so really a management and training problem. Had to walk away without ordering anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a smoothie/ wrap combo today. They didn’t have beetroot so i asked for crispy noodles instead, she didn’t put it. Asked to replace the dressing, she didn’t do it, also the dressing was very oily unlike any other store. I asked the wrap to be toasted and it wasn’t toasted. Why are you charging $18 if you can’t make changes or wrap like i want. Oil started to drop out from bottom as soon as i started eating.I was in hurry so didn’t talk to them but this is ridiculous
