Love that the tanning beds are always clean, and that there is the option of the red light collagen chair/bed for your skincare. Highly recommend you give Tantastic a go - you won't be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually great service but new lady couldn't care less when I told her the fans were out on a bed and it had got so hot I couldn't finish my session, had started to feel dizzy. She just went on about how you have to order them from Russia and was irritated I had even brought it up. Pretty terrible service and poor health and safety for your customers.
Wow, so after I wrote the above review I got a call from the owner at 8.30 at night no less, not to apologise for her staffs service or discuss the safety matter but to have a go at me! She proceeded to tell me they don't have to provide fans on their beds and her staff had served 40 people that day so she was probably tired. It all made sense when she said it was her MUM who had been rude, apple doesn't fall far from the tree... best part was when she told me she doesn't need to justify herself?! She rung me and was interrogating me about my experience so that was an interesting remark to say the least. So after sharing my concern about nearly fainting in her establishment I'm not welcome back and been refunded my minutes. Oh and the large fan she refers to in the room is a $20 warehouse pedestal fan that is completely blocked once you close the bed and don't try fitting it down the end of the bed to blow air into it, it doesn't fit, already tried that as they had put me on that bed multiple times before.
