★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is threatening and hostile. I was made to feel very uncomfortable simply for changing the shoe size because it was a little tight and I wanted to try a size bigger. This is not the way to treat customers and I won't be returning. Sad because the store has a large range of shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer care! Very unemphatic staff. Decided to get a pair of hiking shoes, then realized that they don't take Q-Card. Unable to proceed and apologised to the staff who then SLAMMED the box of shoes onto the bench (perhaps annoyed that he now have to re-display the shoes). I worked in CS for over 15 years not once I treated anyone that way regardless of their payment arrangement. People have their circumtances you DONT know. I actually got another card but decided not to spend my money in the shop now. Won't put my money toward his salary for sure!!
