Would you want a display shoe boxed while your not looking, would you want to Pay Full Price and be Rude enough not to consider obvious stupidity!

Sales says 50% of (all) shoes on sale but get to the checkout and almost everything we took to the counter was not included in the sale even though they advertised all shoes. So on further investigation on fake sign they had microscopic writing mentioning exclusions. So conclusion don't shop here hence why reviews are so bad any good reviews most likely done by people who have vested interest in shop.... Very poor bordering on illegal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why does companies not respond to negative feedback, do they think it is ok to ignore in stead of fixing? Would you on the top be ok if this happened to you? Each and every person is equally important to any business, I will NEVER return to Merchant in Dressmart.
One star is to good for Merchant Dressmart. I am mask exempt, have both covid injections, but was told I can't come inside without a mask. A Fillipino guy said to me they don't feel comfortable for me to enter without a mask. Is this how you treat potencial customers?
Merchant Botany welcome me into their store, why don't you.........most companies is respectful and make me feel welcome. All other stores inside Dressmart allowed me into their stores, you must get your priorities right and be kind to non mask wearers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onehunga outlet store - Worst customer services. They said they can only replace faulty shoes within 15 days of purchase as per consumer guarantee act. You need to go through your return policy again before give out any false information to customers. They further said customers broke their own shoes and bring to them all the time.
