★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tasman Holiday Parks at Papamoa Beach is a wonderful place to stay and take the family the facilities are really clean and user friendly and the area is safe for families. We stayed in a beach from villa and loved every moment of of it we will definitely be going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed here a few times now. We rate this place 4 stars as far as a holiday park goes. Has everything you need for the adults and kids.
The reason we have not rated it 5 stars:
Depending on where you stay, the dump station can be a big of a trek for us caravaners....a way to walk to empty the gray waste.
Also, we booked a specific site June 2021 for our Jan holiday 2022, and when we arrived were given a different site. When we questioned this we were advised the staff member making the booking did not mention we wanted this specific site so we were allocated another one, as per their policy apparently....was advised it's in the fine print......nothing the staff member who checked us in could do....said she would get the Manager to come and see us but what could they do about it......pretty annoyed given we had booked 7 months in advance......
Overall, it is worth visiting.....despite what occurred we will be back but we will be very specific with future bookings.
Plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well as that important liquor store and supermarket for your holiday supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thoroughly enjoyed our first night away in our motorhome. Tasman Beach Resort is super clean all around, lots of clean toilets, showers and a perfect communal cooking area. We are definitely staying another night. Weather was not great it rained heavy but during the night it was good. Our motorhome is nice and snug & dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed on one of the beach front villas, amazing views and nicely presented unit. It was expensive but we thought it was worth it for a couple of nights. The cleaning staff were soooo lovely. So friendly and helpful. It is worth noting that one must put the key in the slot in the room in order for the kitchen hobs and plugs to work. We were not told this so we were not able to cook our dinner on the first night as the office had closed after we discovering this. Most reception staff were nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for three nights. In a motorhome so can't rate the rooms. Nice location right by the beach, amenities were top notch, every toilet had a toilet brush (I need a good bowl brushing). This was off peak so the costs were reasonable. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 bedroom garden view villa. Good discounted deal. Nicely set up with bunk bed plus single bed in one room, queen bed in the other. Kitchen could be better set up...no baking trays for oven and none available from office. Easy access to beach and close to shops.
