★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came In just to post a letter but couldn’t get any help with anything. Only needed a stamp. Rude customer service. Then to find out later they do deal with mail services. Finding out from Courier post across the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver FAILED to ring our door bell ,one on each door, TO LAZY and in a hurry, service the worst, no problem with all other couriers ,We here all day till the card fell from gate. NOT GOOD ENOUGH NZ POST TIDY YOUR ACT UP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NEVER use NZ post courier service if I had a choice. They are not actually a courier/delivery service as they more often than not don't actually deliver the package and instead make the receiver come to them to get it. Their service is as bad as it gets and when you try to ring them they are always "experiencing high demand" and don't answer the phone. Today I rang and was 38th in the queue which indicates to me that others are experiencing the same problem of profits over customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over promising and under-DELIVERING is all I can say. I have been WFH no courier turned up didn't even knock on the door after calling NZ post they advised the courier said he knocked and left the card at my door, well he didn't he left it in my letter box, I go down to pick up my parcel on Saturday to be advised that the item cant be located and is probably being re loaded onto a van and was advised because the entire run was mucked up by the driver they would deliver that day on Saturday....no delivery....called today Monday to be told they cant locate my parcel and would make an inquiry on my parcel and someone would call me in 4 hours...no call I'm still chasing them up.....honestly would not recommend at all....
