β β β β β Lovely holiday park! The staff are all super friendly. Itβs very clean and generally has a really homely atmosphere (including Ollie the cat ?ββ¬). Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back ?

β β β β β Great spot with interconnecting room, perfect if you have a young family of 5+. Walk into town & perfect place to explore Milford from. Whole town is super friendly.

β β β β β Excellent accommodation for families in Te Anau. Walk to the Town Centre for all your shopping and dining needs. We stayed in an Ensuite Unit and it was clean and tidy. You can hire a Cooking pack to use the kitchen facilities for a small fee. Laundry powder is $2 per pack or bring your own. The only downside is the wooden walkway outside the units. It is noisy when people walk or rather run past your door at night. Good WiFi!

β β β β β Its a good campervan/RV park. It has toilets, free showers and POWERED SITES!!! T.V is available for use in the lounge area and games + books in there. If you ask if Milford Road or really any information they will politely answer. They have a cat that strolls around but we did not see him (His name is Ollie)

β β β β β We had an awesome experience at Top 10 Te Anau! Came with my wife and two kids, stayed oved Easter break during our road trip around South Island. Lovely friendly owners and a lady at the reception, clean facilities, lots to do for kids, great location! Very family oriented and overall nice atmosphere! They even organized some Easter activities and Easter Egg Hunt at the local park , which was a highlight! Highly recommend!

The owners have clearly invested time effort and money into making this site a pleasure to visit.
Stayed two nights, and despite the bad weather loved my stay.
Modern and super clean amenities.
Showers hot, and laundry equipment top notch.

β β β β β Stayed on 14/12 in our van, we loved it here! Clean and well maintained facilities, all 24/7. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom and kitchen were so clean and had everything in stock you could possibly need. Common area had a real cozy vibe to it. Just watch out for Ollie the cat, you'll 100% get attached to him.
Can't wait to stay again in the future :)
