They will ignore your inquiry which is an absolute disgrace for a place calling itself "luxury". Wake up guys, when you charge thousands of $$ you need to learn that your customer service should be simply perfect!

β β β β β Utter disgraceful shockingly unprofessional customer service. Very unpleasant overall run by complete mugs. This estate is none what you expect you won't be satisfied with the simplest amenities. I would rather have my special day at the Friends And Family on K Road.
