Room was nice, clean bed comfy . Was a bit if a Mish to find the cafe seating area for breakfast

β β β β β The staff and service offered is top notch, Dee, in the bar/restaurant, was fantastic. The food is as good, if not better than found in any flash big city restaurant, be one of the Cape's best kept secrets. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Not clean we waited a very long time for cleaner to finish her job used our friends room next door to get ready so Cleaner could clean but that night went to have shower and there was no shower curtain the cabinet door fell off and the bedroom window would not close above the bed so thought I would use the electric blanket but it had no cord got a pot out of the cupboard and it was disgusting and dirty and found mouse poo all through the cupboard the manager came and attempted to fix the problems but it was very off putting we then tried to cook breakfast the next day and the stove wouldn't work he again came and tried to fix and got some going not quite the break we were expecting but he was was apologetic and gave us a part refund for our troubles. Good place lots of fun needs better staff

β β β β β The nicest place we could find in the area. A decent sized room, in tidy condition. Our room had a modern washing machine, TV and dish-drawer. The exterior of the hotel us looking tired. A beautiful outlook approx 1 hour from Opotoki. Breakfast and dinner were adequate.

β β β β β We really enjoyed our one night stay. It was a relief to find the hotel with accommodation available, of a reasonable standard, with a shop and pleasant staff, when most of the area we found no vacancy signs up everywhere. The room had all necessary appliances which was very much appreciated, as well as a comfortable clean bed and linen. We would love to spend time there again in warm weather, to take advantage of the beaches and pool.

β β β β β Professional service, easy directions to get here, staff very friendly, when we got our key the staff showed us where to drive on the ramp and enter our room. We were room 8, level 1, had a beautiful room key unlocks door and activates your power source in your room. Fridge has separate power. View from our room was amazing, had everything you needed in there to cook your food, dishwasher in room, also has sky sports channels, heating, washing machine and dryer in bathroom which was handy we were able to wash and dry our clothes for the next day. Reception calls if your going to be in for dinner in the restaraunt. Theres also a nice spa next to the pool which we are yet to try. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place, only downfall was noisy neighbors next door but everything else PERFECT! We will be back again.

β β β β β I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast at Hotel was outstanding as was the customer service. There were 2 bedrooms and a washing machine and dryer (which I used). The views are beautiful and they have a pool. Shame about no room service for meals though. I will definitely be back. Maybe some milk in fridge next time and assortment of teas like Earl Grey and English breakfast would be nice
