★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koru rooms were really modern but the first two don’t have much of a view. Food was good, but bar had run out of gas so no beer on tap sadly.. very nice selection of wines by the glass, but some might have been vacu-sealed a bit too long. Seafood chowder was really good, other food was ok. On balance a good spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightfully helpful and informative staff, some of the room fixtures like the bathroom extractor fan were not at the same standard which stood out as the rest of the room was absolutely amazing! The most comfy bed ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A-M-A-Z-I-N-G… What a great please to fully relax and enjoy nature. The food was so so good, everything we tried was great! The workers were so lovely and always keen to help you out. Definitely worth the money!! Will be coming back!

Great big lawns right up to the waters edge makes for a totally tranquil setting.
Service was outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious, thanks to the new chef, service was excellent, 23 year old waiter was enthusiastic and highly competent. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Loved the setting, I would highly recommend this venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot, good for a swim and kayak, place seemed a bit unkept and untidy, biggest let down was service and food, repeatedly got our orders wrong even to the point I bet my wife they would get it wrong for breakfast on the last morning - they did. They forgot one order and we sent another one back at dinner, amateur cooking at best, felt we were looked after by non interested kids, disappointing and no value for money, definitely stay elsewhere when we are back in the Queen Charlotte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location. We moored up and would have gone for dinner but were told that they were only doing chips from the bar for people not staying in the accommodation. This is fairly common apparently. When we got to the bar we were also told that they were not serving cocktails due to a lack of ice. However there was plenty of ice put in other drinks so it was a bit puzzling. There were 10 of us from 4 boats so definitely some missed revenue as we did not stay as long as we were planning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic day trip escape with the cruise and lunch trip via Cougar Lines.
Lunch was delicious in a relaxing seating outside. Staff helpful relaxed and friendly.
My only thought was that the main lodge could do with some TLC. But to be honest considering what has been happening over the last two years, I am so happy that they are open has we had a brilliant day out. Thanks ?
