Lovely and so crystal clear. Good to read up on the history of the place. Choose from either a long walk (1hr) or the short and sweet walk, 15mins.

Natural Springs to check out if in the area. Ample parking and the walk is easy going and takes around 30 mins return. We came on a cloudy day, so colours were not as vibrant. It was still amazing to see the underground spring bubbling to the surface. Polarised sunglasses help with the underwater viewing ?

This free loop just takes around half an hour of flat path. The water is incredibly clear, this is a good spot for nice shooting. You can park but there are no accommodations to eat (Takaka is the closest place to get food).

An easy walk through bush and alongside river on well laid out tracks easy for pushchairs. Colours of Spring truly remarkable. An absolute must do on your list.

Quite underwhelming. You can say they made a loop track longer than needed just to make tourists spending more time around here, as the attraction itself is quite underwhelming and people stay at the deck just a couple of minutes. It seems there was an underwater viewing place before, which may have made the experience worth it, but now it's gone. Being here now, doesn't really give you more than just looking at some pictures online. Not recommended

This hidden beauty and rare gem is a must see if you ever travel the top of the South Island. The water is so crystal clear it is easy to see why this is considered sacred and a national treasure. An easy walk through Bush along a well maintained track and walkway will bring you to this magnificent visual experience.

The springs is quite different due to the weather. I don't recommend You go there when it's cloudy. When it is sunny it look awesome due to the blue sky. The forest is great. I took lots of photos.there

Great loop walking track. Track is fine gravel well compacted, with walkways over some areas, all is well maintained. Track takes you close by the Spring which is remarkable. Read the notice boards before starting, we didn't and found we had missed the old gold mining diggings, had to go back. Parking is well laid out, toilets clean and tidy.
