โ โ โ โ โ I bought a product on their site 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything back from them about my product being dispatched and shipped. I have even emailed them twice about it and just nothing. Radio silence.

โ โ โ โ โ Be aware they will not refund for change of mind, even if unused or unpacked. I purchased an item Black Friday 23 Nov 18 as a Xmas present, hence the box was not opened until 25 Dec 18. The item was not assembled or used. I drove to the outlet shop to return it to find it was closed. I then managed to contact a monitoring person 27 Dec to be told of a no-refund policy and there was nothing he could do as management were away on holiday until end of February 19 & they were the only ones that could help. Certainly I understand that by law shops do not have to refund or replace for change of mind, however in this day and age most do. When I suggested I would place a google review at the time, the response was "Do what you must and you will get NO help at all". Yes I have been busy and should have attempted to contact again in March as the item is still boxed up and unused, so I can understand they won't consider a refund now, however they were unreasonable from the outset and it would be more favourable to purchase from someone like Mighty Ape who have outstanding customer service, open all hours, easy to contact and have right of return.

โ โ โ โ โ The product I purchased through The Market was great. BUT, there is no backup, no spares available and contacting them for info or replacement parts is a total waste of time.
Tech Outlet-don't use them. I've ended up with a $600 drone I can't use. $600 down the dunny. Don't go near these guys. Promises and lies, just like Liecinda.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is a gadget-loverโs Aladdinโs cave! They really do have something for everyone. We managed to remain sensible and just bought a few rechargeable insect repellent blue lights - but we were very tempted by other (less practical) items tooโฆ Pop in and have a browse, especially if youโre looking for quirky Christmas /birthday gifts.
