★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the deliver to car option is a joke, i clicked and entered the rego, parked in click and collect area, system asked me to sit tight and wait, then nothing happened after 15 minutes of waiting so I had to go to the collect counter and the item was right there hasnt been moved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a goldair dehumidifier during Black Friday sales. Here is what i have received, a used machine, probably someone has returned it, you can see all the marks with dust and something like blood under the water tank. I will never shopping from Harvey Norman anymore... We will keep the dehumidifier as it is still working. But i think a used machine should never be treated like a "new" to customer unless you specify this.

Since it opened my family has bought 2 TVs here and a dishwasher, there is just a good variety to choose from as well as trying it out before buying. Just time your purchase during the sales and you won't be paying retail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Harvey Norman Wairau on 16 February 2022 to buy a Portable Air Conditioning Unit (Big Appliances Department). The lady there gave me $100 discount from the original price. And her colleague change the price down by $50 within 5 minutes on display. I asked the lady to give me $100 off from the new price. But she refused and the Manager in big appliances electrical Department refused as well. I have been a very loyal customer and have spent very close to $100,000 in Harvey Norman Wairau and I haven't come across a problem like this before. I usually have very good service here, but today was not a very good experience for the loyal customer. This case has made me not want to buy any big appliances in Harvey Norman Wairau Park in Electrical Department anymore.
