β β β β β BEWARE Of TECHPOINT!!
I have just got my phone fixed at the base store (the screen was cracked) and an hour after having it fixed the screen was going black in the corner. I took it back in and they said they will not fix the problem! They would not refund me the money! STAY AWAY from the Te Awa base store!

β β β β β The services they offer are extremely over priced. I was asked to pay $140 for a job that would only take 15 mins and cost less than $10 in parts. I just bought the parts online and did it myself instead.

β β β β β Will do anything in their power to not let you make a valid return. There is no reason to have a 30 minute phone conversation in another language while still managing to be rude to the customer.
