★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Technofix after I dropped by iPhone 6s and need my screen replaced. The turn around time on the repair was awesome, but unfortunately the repair rendered my phone unusable as the screen become so sensitive one touch of the screen would cause the phone to freak out. They were more than helpful when I reported the issue, and replaced the screen free of charge but since the second repair my phone is still not right... the screen is still too sensitive, and feel as though my phone's location abilities, battery etc have been affected by the repair. I feel a third replacement will not make any different, and have now been left with an iPhone that is sub par. Good service, but sub par repair work unfortunately :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in from the street to have a mobile screen replaced. Assistant was pleasant and knowledgeable, gave my phone a quick test and said it’s only the screen needs replacing. Gave me a price matching the lowest I had seen and a repair time of 90 minutes. Picked the phone up at the time agreed, paid the price given and phone was perfect. Seemed a very helpful and honest store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mobile phone to have the battery replaced. Sharan was helpful and professional. Took only an hour to replace and phone is now working fine. Cost charged was 30% cheaper than elsewhere. I'm very happy and will use this store again for phone repairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sign on the door said "back in 35 mins" but the person was definitely gone longer than that seeing as I waited that time. They also didn't put the time that they left, so had nothing to gauge when they'd be back by. Kind of annoyed because others and I wasted our time waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not reccomend this store, I went in for a screen replacement and within three months the glue had gone and the screen was lifting up.
When I went in to get it fixed the screen came back damaged from over pressure.
After a third visit the screen is still damaged with constant discolouration. The repairman refused to remedy this, and insisted it wasn't an issue and something I should live with.
Another issue is that my camera after being with him now has dark spots when before it didn't - something he says wasn't caused by him.
A couple of other issues with how the guy dealt with this, trying to deflect blame and taking no responsibility.. but you get the point.
Will contact their head office for a refund.
