★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel a bit off with this repair store. Took my iPhone 6+ to get screen replacement and less than a week it froze/glitched/ran slow and then it completely turned off at random and never turned back on again. It did however show the apple sign. I took the phone back and they said it may be the battery life. So I left my phone with them and they called and said they have changed the battery and the screen again but they said it’s not the problem, it’s something to do with the software. Therefore, they had to factory reset the phone. Before taking it into the store to be replaced everything was working fine (no glitches, battery working fine, not once did it ever turn off during the years I’ve owned this phone). Ever since I took my phone in it has been playing up and charging slower than normal. Not happy. Not trusting my phone anymore as it may turn off at random again and become more costly.

I Was encouraged to give a good review in exchange for a free screen protector with my screen replacement, figured this was a good deal so I did.
Since then however, my screen started fading black over one half of my phone so I returned to the store for a replacement and they did replace it but it’s now got no screen protector and keeps freezing so I have to re-start it often to use the screen.
Not to mention the website advertises a price non inclusive of GST so it costs $150 odd to replace my iPhone screen with a very low grade one that glitches. Will be doing research next time and going somewhere worth my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in the morning with a screen that needed replacing, I had a screen I had purchased to put in, my eyesight isnt what it used to be so I needed someone else to do it. They said fine, pick it up this afternoon, go back in the afternoon, not ready, come back in the morning, did so, not ready come back at lunchtime, not ready, it will be 45 mins.
I wait 45 minutes for them to put in the screen I had purchased. They charged me $112 for 45 minutes work. This didnt even include the screen price as Id purchased it myself.
When he finally gives it to me he explains that he broke a wire for the external speaker "fine whatever just solder it up" he explains that it will have to be sent to Auckland BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE SOLDERING IRONS, in an electrical repair shop. It took three weeks to get my phone back from Auckland.
Well done technofix, my biggest rip off and worst phone repair experience in over 20 years of mobile phone use. Im impressed!
