★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst possible computer repair service I’ve ever had to deal with. They use a misleading name to pose as Apple brand experts, but beware. This company is not an official Apple brand dealer or repair facility, and it shows in their lack of ability.
The manager, Milan, was absolutely horrible with communication about the lack of service I received and he was constantly interrupting me when I spoke to him. He was very condescending as was his staff when answering questions I had in the store. I was given multiple false explanations as a diagnosis for the issue with my MacBook and NO PROOF of any of the tests that were supposedly run.
Overall this experience was a huge waste of time and money. The manager and his staff were very uninterested in finding an accurate explanation for the issue, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I dropped my computer off with them multiple times to have it fixed. I called 4 or 5 times over several days with no answer, and nobody followed up on messages I left for them. Upon returning to the store, the final time, I found my computer was finished to their standards, meaning it was not fixed at all, and was waiting for me on the counter, but nobody working there bothered to let me know they were “done” with it.
Looking further at my computer, I was able to use my system preferences to see they only used the MacBook for 8 minutes, but still kept it for the entire day. According to the manager, it took multiple hours for the technician to arrive at the conclusion that I had was a faulty logic board. This is simply a lie. I can see exactly how long my computer was used, after multiple hours wasted, wrong diagnoses and unprofessional communication I’m shocked that this company is still in business.
They say they back their work for 3 months, they gave my computer back to me and told me it was fixed. It wasn’t fixed, and I was still charged for a service I never received. Terrible company with no integrity, it’s a shame they are still in business. Was told I had to replace my logic board, took my computer to an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider and they were able to fix the problem. I DID NOT NEED A NEW LOGIC BOARD. This company is a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite what they lead on they are NOT an official Apple repairer, got a cracked screen replaced a month ago, didn’t even drop it and cracks started appearing within 2 weeks as well as obvious white flaws in the screen. Tried to take it back as it was under warranty but they said I caused it and they would not replace. I would avoid this place the fake parts they use are very low quality. Don’t waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a late review but I wanted to leave it since the folks at Manners Street Apple Guy were so so helpful to me in 2020. They updated my old Macbook Pro just after lockdown when I was doing a lot of Zoom teaching online and needed it to be running optimally. They addressed the issues I asked them to (battery replacement and hard drive check) and did a complimentary operating system upgrade. Everything was well priced, well communicated, and done quickly. I will be back!

The fellas at the store on Manners Street were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. After 15 minutes, the watch worked order was restored to the universe. They didn’t even charge! Absolute legends. I would very much recommend their services.
