What a disappointment ....no service, no greeting, it was like getting blood out of a stone for any information on the two pairs of shoes we wanted ...Ted Baker ..change that little girl that was there yesterday Tuesday 8 th September at 11am .. she is doing you no favours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gone in there several times in the past year because I love the clothes. Service always cold. Latest visit - three people in the store, none greeted or acknowledged me even as I looked at them to gauge if they worked there as they chatted none stop to each other. Hire some customer service people please, not these no mannered muppets undeserving of a job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is nicely set up and has a nice range, but I found the staff to be somewhat unengaging. We went in two days in a row and both times we had to approach staff for assistance. The second day we were looking at a display and trying see if there was someone who could help us, there was a person standing near us the whole time who we thought was a customer, it turns out they actually work there but they never even said hello or anything like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store about a month ago now for about 30-40mins. It was a saturday and i was trying on some dresses for work. It was abit busy when i went in. There were two young girls in the shop, both were busy with their clients, i was put in the fitting room by one of them and was kind of forgotten due to amount of clients they had in store. But then a lovely young man came to me and my husband and asked if we needed any help. I was not sure if he worked there because i didnt see him when i came in. He spent some time with me trying to help me find a suitable dress for work and he was exceptionally helpful and overhearing that he wasnt even meant to be working that day is just beyond great service. I was very pleased with the service i have received at the end and the dress ofcourse. I know my feedback is a bit late but it just so happened that i saw this young man a few days ago and it reminded me of the great service he produced. Keep up the good work Ted Baker Britomart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont really review anything but i just had to for Ted Baker. Not taking anything away from their image or for that matter their brand. I was however in their store over the weekend and i couldnt help but hear a middle aged lady with a distinctive hairstyle who was talking to the other employees(im guessing she’s the manager) about day drinking. She made it quite clear to them that she went out for lunch and had some alcohol. To me, that is something you shouldnt vocalise in a public space especially in a retail space where people could just walk in on a conversation. It is a work place and employees should be professional at all times. In this particular scenario, the “manager” was obviously being unprofessional and probably need a slap on the wrist. For a manager to be saying these things infront of the other employees should face some sort of consequence. It is ruining the brand itself, i feel awful for the young employees around her that day, they obviously have to look upto her, they need inspirations not day drinking tips 101. I have worked at luxury brands before in Europe back in my time, so i know what luxury brand standards are. Right now, Ted Baker is looking like a clearance outlet with a manager like her running this beautiful store. It is such a shame.

Amy spent a lot of time taking me through a few different looks, some of which I would have never picked out myself. I left the store feeling complete and happy! Thanks so much!
