History
The Beauty Store is 100% Kiwi Owned!
We are the typical Kiwi small business who began way back in 2003 as a Haircare Importer and Distributor. From there the business expanded its wholesale operation selling professional hair colour, furniture, styling products and accessories for hair salons, beauty therapists, pharmacies and other beauty retailers.
In 2014 to 2016 we experimented with beauty retailing through a series of pop-up shops. In October 2016, after confirming Kiwi’s loved our great brands and prices, we opened a permanent retail store at 163 Broadway, Newmarket in the heart of New Zealand’s fashion and beauty capital.
In early 2019 we launched our website which has an ever-increasing array of premium beauty brands at amazing prices. Over the next few months our online offering will get better, and better as more and more premium beauty brands and products are added. So keep an eye out for more amazing deals...

They have done nothing to help me with the status of my parcel and which courier company or depot it is with. They’re very happy to sell and take peoples money. I’ve even asked for a refund and they haven’t communicated with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE MOST HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EXPERIENCE. Don’t bother dealing with this company. Their Olaplex bottles were in questionable quality with the lables not properly attached and not even level. When I approched them about this, there were being very sarcastic and rude. You wouldn’t expect a $50 bottle of hair conditioner to have misaligned lables, etc, would you? Looks very shady. And with that kind of customer service, you will be better off buying the $10 fake Olaplex from Aliexpress. You will probably get the same quality products but with a better customer service. Don’t be fooled by their aggressive social media marketing.
