Never pushy, only offer genuine advice. Listen to what I want to achieve and recommend appropriate products.
When the items I've been after have not been in stock, they've ordered from overseas, appreciate this as I always like to buy from a reputable store if possible!

I paid a premium price for one of their products, only to be told a few days later, when I came back with a question, that it was an end-of-line product they no longer supported. [I went into the shop and requested a particular type of product - it wasn't from a clearance table.]

I placed and paid for and order on 8 February 2022 and on 28 March 2022, it has still not been delivered. No direct contact from them - I have rung twice but have been given excuses and half truths.
