I have recently discovered this brand and was well informed by Topeora of all the products within the brand and what would be a great gift for my daughter. Topeora, is an exceptional employee with an outstanding knowledge of the products. Her customer service was second to none. What a wonderful young lady to have representing your products. The Geranium Leaf Body Scrub is absolutely divine.

β β β β β The service here is exceptional. The staff are more than happy to demonstrate any products you want to try. They will personally apply the products to your hands. As with other Aesop stores around the world, the store is beautifully designed. A great experience.

β β β β β Had a fantastic experience today! I was approached by a girl who had her first day working at AΔsop and she respectfully was willing to assist. Later I was assisted by William (as per receipt :)), he kindly explained details of each product I was interested, we tried them on my skin and the smell was divine. Once going trough checkout we had a great chat! I appreciate he was not in a hurry and took his time to chat whereabouts I am and howβs life on the other side of the planet. I was offered few samples that I had interest in before buying the product itself, as I was afraid it would be too big to carry in my backpack while travelling.
As a customer I felt very welcome and would definitely love to return!
P.S. I usually dont spare time writing reviews, but the overall experience was go great I thought I would share that!

The tea generously served by her male assistant was much appreciated.

β β β β β These products are beautiful and the he shopping experience and store merchandising is a visual delight. I love the sample bottles on the wall outside for you to try and the big sash window that they open to let you see into the store from many angles
