β β β β β Total lack of professionalism and bad customer service when I got back because my passport photo was not the one we have decided on, but a previous shot I thought they had already discarded. They tried to convince me that the photo I got was the right one even though I knew this was wrong.

β β β β β MUPPETS! They just destroyed an entire roll of the most magical shots I had taken last night at a concert.. No explanation, just stupidity! They might be one of the last places around that develop film, but don't waste your time, I guess it's in Royal Oak Mall for a reason. I am devastated. I will definitely be going to Kodak Express in Newmarket from now on..

β β β β β Rude staff. Guy behind the counter argued back because he did not know how to process a simple task of, enlarging a passport image and printing it. If I could give this company a -5 star rating it'd be that. Can't believe how rudely we were treated, hope nobody else steps foot into this store.

β β β β β Absolutely atrocious service from these people. They 'threw out' a one off wedding photo of my parents on the grounds that it wasn't retrieved in time. Never mind I'd put a deposit on the processing I wanted done !! They told me " sorry there's nothing we can do for you. Goodbye." When I phoned back the gentleman Craig was extremely rude telling me I could pretty much "go to hell !!." I have lodged a claim against this company. DIN'T deal with them !
