β β β β β Old man in that store in not helpful at all. I wanted to check if they had a specific product, he asked me to come here and check it. I told him that I stay in papakura and it's 30min drive for me and it's easy for him to just check and let me know. His response was he is busy with other customer and can't check it. Basic customer service would be that he will check and call back. Will change the review based on future experience.

β β β β β I was after some items which were required for a religious function,Not to so uncommon I would say
Response from the shop owner was they follow a different religion and hence don't keep those items.I felt a tad sick with that statement coz this is a generic supermarket and saying they follow a specific religion and hence don't keep those items belonging to other or a particular religion is insane
He could have easily told its not available which would've been respectful indeed
Why show this conflict of interest and differentiation!!!

β β β β β As a first timer not at all a good experience. I understand every situation, also co-operate with any shop rules. But i was told that i am not allowed to look around in shop to buy any stuff. I found really rude.

β β β β β I phoned for checking availability of a product,shop owner told some thing which I couldnβt hear well but he hung up the phone on me .I thought it was disconnected so I phoned again but shop owner talked rude said he already told that he has got the product there at shop.But when my husband went all the way to get the product it was not there.

β β β β β The shop keeper was ill-mannered.Had bad experiences couple of times. He should learn how to communicate with customers. Have seen him drinking alcohol in the shop and was very rude and abrupt.

β β β β β The man in the shop was very rude when I asked him for a particular product, he would have told me rather it is not available than insulting comments. He was arguing there is no such kind of product in the world. Actually it is not the first time he was being rude. Last time his wife was there and was well behaved and helped my wife to find the item.
Customers shop in your place deserves a basic respect and politeness. If you have no idea what it is please learn it.
