★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is no longer a hotel. It is now an apartment building. Functional but in need of a renovation. Looks rather tired inside the apartments. But good location next to K' Rd. Very little parking for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in May last year (2011). Overall an excellent experience. Helpful and polite staff. Great view from the room and balcony. Great location. Short walk or bus ride to downtown Auckland. Full kitchen and spacious apartment. There is an excellent cafe down the street on Karangahape Road (K-Road) called Revel, I went there almost every morning for breakfast and coffee! I received an email from them today and that reminded me that I wanted to leave a review and never got around to it. Would love to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at this location this year2019. It is somewhat expensive but close to all the services you need whether by car, bus or even on foot. I recommend if you have chance to join.
A safe location and there is a basement for parking and sometimes it is paid other you have to pay.
