★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely shop, unfortunately we only got to enjoy 10 minutes of it as the store closed at 4pm on a friday. Kids were very disappointed as they were planning to get their grandmother a present after school. Instead we purchased from elsewhere. Also felt virtually chased out of store so staff could leave. I appreciate that you decide your opening hours but given it is chrismas and most store extend their opening hours, and yours is a christmas store and close (comparatively) very early, you might look at extending hours in lead up to christmas. Im sure we would have purchased had we had the opportunity to look around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay. This one is for the Kiwis. I'm originally from Canada. Christmas is... everything for us. Even though it's an absolute luxury to us to have Christmas during summer, the decorations are still 100% important. And no place does it better than the Christmas Heirloom. They have a wonderful range from traditional and natural decorations to very modern and chic to Christmas village set ups and more! The staff are always cheery and more than willing to help. If you ever desired that Canadian-magical type Christmas experience, definitely check this place out!

But the way the person approached us to explain about the Christmas trees they had and showing us the price and asking us to make a decision was not a way I would approached my customers at my business. She was loud, and in way it felt as though she was screening us out...as in let's scare them with the price, so they can leave fast, they are not here to really get tree. Well, I must say they just lost a customer for life. We were really looking to buy a tree and was willing to pay but her approach....put us off.
