The Emporium Gallery.
The Emporium is located in the small sea-side town of Ōpunakē in the province of Taranaki, New Zealand. The gallery and gift shop is run by mother/daughter team Michaela and Rhonda and was born out of Rhonda's passion for painting and Michaela's love of art and her interest in working with creative people.
Rhonda is self-taught artist who aims to bring light to the beauty that lay all around us that may be otherwise over-looked. Her eclectic studio is located at the back of the shop and is open for anyone to walk through.
We pride ourselves on representing local New Zealand artists and stocking high quality, unique home-ware and gifts.
