★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I returned a pair of shoes I brought for my son the day before and explained to the owner my son was autistic and he didn't like them.In a confrontational voice the owner said"what do you want me to do about it?"I thought he was joking,but no he offered me a credit note and I said no money back thanks while blurting on about people returning stuff, basically throwing his toys?I have regularly purchased 2 pairs a year off this guy but won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disgusted with the attitude of the male that was operating the store this afternoon. He was arrogant, very rude and sarcastic to my friend's mother who is partially deaf when she did not hear what he had said. He ridiculed the elderly woman who is recovering from a stroke and it was lucky that her daughter did not hear the comments he made. Dreadful way to treat a customer. We won't be returning. I would post " no stars" if it were possible. Shame on you. Learn some respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly an odd place, definitely won’t be returning after my unfortunate shopping experience with the employee yesterday. I suppose alcoholism in the workplace is accepted at desolate establishments such as this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called at this store to buy some magnum boots , they didn't have my size in stock . But ordered me some in , which arrived in a couple of days .
Very helpful staff and reasonable price , about $50 cheaper than other places I was looking at .
Would highly recommend this store and i will return when I need new foot wear again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know what the couple of bad reviews are about! Been shopping here for years and always had a pleasent and helpful experience. The man has a quirky & dry sense of humour, the lady is delightful and helpful and not pushy in anyway, defintely not the type to follow you around the store. There is also a young girl that is very polite & helpful. Lovely experience as always! Good range of school shoes also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never giving them my money again. I have often shopped here for shoes and found it to be fine. A few days ago I decided to stop in here to look for shoes for my children. I had my 2 kids with me and as we entered the shop the lady asked me where my mask was (I have a mask exemption for medical reasons hanging around my neck on a lanyard). Upon me lifting it to show her she rudely rushed over invaded my personal space nearly yanked it off my neck and asked me if it was legit! I told her it was and proceeded to back away from her. She wasn't helpful and even rude when asked questions about shoes. As I was leaving the shop after purchasing 1 pair for my boy, I said, "Thank you, you have a lovely afternoon " to which she started to reply, "You..." then she just cut herself off in mid sentence and said nothing. To which I stared at her confused and then just left the shop. As we made our way to the car my 10 yr old daughter said, "Mum, what was that??! She was very rude!" Very odd and sad to treat customers like this.
