Head Over Heels’ customer service was fantastic too - I ordered a size too big and I exchanged them by post with such ease, they were amazing and it took only a couple of days.

And to top it all off they were beautifully packaged and wrapped up like a present. Will definitely be a repeat customer ?.

I rang to say could I send them back but wasn't able to for a couple of days (due to being weekend). The wonderful staff held my size until I sent back the ones I wrongly ordered and they have arrived and YAY - THEY ARE AWESOME. Thanks sooooo much Head Over Heels, Love my boots and super service you gave, especially when it was my fault for ordering the wrong size first. Will definitely visit when up your way.

The girls are lovely and are genuinely interested in their customers and go above and beyond to deliver the best service. I recently had the best shopping experience, where I couldn't decide which sandals to buy. I ended up buying one of the pairs online that night and returned the next day to pick them up to find a lovely hand written note in the box. Thanks Team x
