β β β β β Pricey, but excellent craft beer selection in a unique setting (old church turned pub!). Bartender was super nice and had us try a few different beers to see what weβd like :)

β β β β β The old church is welcoming & wonderful with rotating taps of craft beers... Plenty of outdoor tables in the afternoon sun, safe behind a hedge so there's room for pups & kids.

β β β β β Very different and surprising in a nice way. We were wondering where all the people were in Nelson and then we found this place , they were all in here. Different beers spirits and wines. It seemed you could bring a meal in and eat it there as well as I saw some people bring in a curry and eat it. Different but enjoyable, one for the craft beer drinkers.

β β β β β This place is an experience in itself. It's where the locals and visitors to Nelson congregate to enjoy a massive selection of great beers on tap as well as a great selection of wine. It's really well set up both inside and out. You can walk in and see groups of people playing board games, having a great conversation and just enjoying the whole experience.
The service and the additional offerings, like blankets to sit out on a cool evening, plates, knives, and forks if you want to bring your own food, etc.
The staff are the tops. They welcome everyone and make you feel at home. It's a must when in Nelson.

β β β β β Great outdoor area. Dog friendly. Delicious selection of beers. We did get an audible sigh and an eye roll from the waitress when we ordered a bunch of taster sized beers. Apparently they are a hassle to serve up. We saw the funny side but were surprised to get this in a place which charges $14 per pint.

β β β β β Quirky ex church with lots of beers to choose from. On the night we came there was a band of folk musicians playing and singing, plus some people knitting.
