★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to find after a long day walking Te Araroa. I only had fries and a beer, but the fries were really good. The outdoor seating was great to be at on a sunny day. Plenty of food and drink options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience with the staff here and to top it off a $6 dollar lasagna pie that absolutely blew my expectations.
No vax required as it's attached to essential business and a lovely outdoor seating area.
Serves alcohol from 5-7 by my understanding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told we couldn't order lunch at 11:32 when the lunch menu starts at 11:30 but not 5 minutes later the next customer could. Had to order breakfast that didn't come out until 11:57. Not worth the wait. Absolute joke, get to do as you please when you have the monopoly on things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are almost as good as the food! Super friendly and a great chat. Arguably had one of the best coffees iv ever had there. If you're there for breakfast definitely try the waffles and for dinner don't skip on the burgers! Chicken burger was amazing albeit not the cheapest. Definitely stop at the general store if you're needing a meal in Waitomo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very confusing menu set up. I wanted a burger in the afternoon but it was going to cost me a lot more than in the evening. No explanation was offered.
Ended up with a bowl of nachos which had only a little meat and sour cream.
