★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a trim and for the top of my hair to be thinned, JUST the top. The guy has cut my hair so short it barely fits into a pony tail now and he has ruined the bottom of my hair by thinning it and left the top that is extremely thick. Will never go back to this place again as they never listen to what is asked for & will not be recommending anyone I know to go there either. My hair was below my shoulders and now above them and he just kept saying it will be long again in 2 weeks as I had told him I was getting it chemically straightened, well ummm no it wont be cos you didn't listen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my eyebrows waxed yesterday. I don't remember the young women's name but she was rough & it wasn't untill I got home that I noticed one eyebrow is thinner than the other & so look uneven. I guess you get what you pay for but I definitely won't go back or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Hair and Beauty Co! I came in for an appointment recently and a lady hairdresser named Sharon did a very good retouched and highlights to my hair... Wanted to quickly come in and say that she was absolutely perfect in keeping me entertained, despite having 3 other customers. The end result was exactly how I wanted it. 10/10 would recommend her. Definitely coming back. Thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and got my eyebrows done and the lady that did my eyebrows made it so thin it’s thinner than it was before I even got it done it made me so upset and she did waxing instead of threading which I asked for not waxing I wanted my eyebrows to still be fixed just clean it up a little but no she might have just as well taken my whole eyebrow that’s how thin it is. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son is not happy on his haircut but too shy to speak up in-front of the guy who did his haircut ended up going home so upset and asking me not go back there anymore, the left side of his hair have a shaved higher than usual which is not easy to fix and cover, the back is not even trimmed! this is second time he got a bad haircut on this shop, we used to be loving the service but it looks like going backwards.
