★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little campgroud. Owners are lovely and overnight rates are cheap. We loved friendly free range chickens. Cooking facilities are limited. There are no shelter if weather turns bad. Camp-site is perfect if you have all your cooking gear. Short walk to the river. Not suitable for swimming but fly fishing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for anglers wanting to fish the area. Owner is friendly and helpful, and the rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable. Quite small rooms though, but if all you need is somewhere to sleep between the daily fishing adventures, this is a great place o stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful small campground. Good prices. River fishing a short walk away. Powered sites have small ensuite room, toilet/shower/hand basin. Awesome scenery. Quiet. Owners friendly and helpful. If you're going there make sure you have cash to pay. Will definitely be going back, close to home for a relaxing weekend away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot. Camped up in the holiday park for two nights while spending a day at the NZ Fly Fishing School across the road. Beautiful quiet spot with our own private bathroom.
Only 2 minutes walk to the river. Spotted some trout but couldn't catch them. ? But did find a couple of freshly laid eggs from the local hen community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small park. Stayed here for 6 nights in total. It's a great place to call home base if you want to day trip to Queenstown, Milford Sound and other scenery. The park fills up around 5pm--6pm. Make sure you arrive no later than 4pm in the summer for unpowered. Select showers have hot water. #4 shower is only cold. Grass sites are great for tents and gravel suits vans. Good kitchen area with fridge, freezer, washer, sink, toaster and kettles. Would love to come back. Few farm animals roaming about as well gives it a homey touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here to do some repairs on my wife grandparents grave. Well layed out little camping ground. Powered sites have their own showers and toilet. Not big but good. Right on the site. We had a little snow while we were there.
