★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of weeks ago I called them for take away that was my first time ordering from this place not very helpful staff to choose the best pizza from the menu. he was very rude and he said I am busy cant explain on the phone you just come to the store then hang up on me.
Bad customer Service. I hope they will improve customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garlic cheese pizza burnt no garlic, supreme $17 no spring onion as advertised and loaded hawian same if not less pineapple than a normal hawian after stating it had "heaps" of pineapple and no BBQ sauce at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff and amazing pizzas. I did notice a sign asking people to BE KIND as some of the staff have exemptions but unfortunately the person who placed a review clearly doesn't know how to read.
The owners and staff try extremely hard especially during these trying times and someone who shouldn't be out and about with all her health issues tries to destroy a small family business.
Well done staff and keep up the good work. @Debbie Armstrong!! Did u not see the gloves staff were wearing or sight their exemptions they were wearing. I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should really take off the online order 'later and choose your time for delivery' cause it's wrong! Made an order and was meant to be delivered 8.15pm but instead it arrived 6.45pm and we did say to the delivery person 'your early, 1.5hrs early', he thought he was late..We ended up having to microwave the Burgers which wasn't the best, possibly would of been better hot freshly made on our choosen delivery time. Not sure if we'll go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing pizzas. By far best chain of pizzas in waikato and bay of plenty. I had it a while back at their potaruru branch. And the takeaway pizza from tauriko branch was just as good. Great toppings and fresh base and customer service is amaging. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your absolutely dreaming, Sorry these guys normally do a awesome pizza and burgers mind u! tonight ordered two pizza and a cheese garlic bread, the garlic bread good but the pizza was very under cooked, good toppings though! Phoned up and got hung up on, phoned again to be argued with, Not what I wanted just trying to give feed back. Than cuts me off and says will replace meal, we waited further 30 min to receive one out of two pizzas we ordered! Can’t be bothered calling again ?♂️?♂️ $$ down the tube
