★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told to get a table then go up and order. Now unsurprisingly when we lined up to order someone took our table. This left us with nowhere to sit to eat our meals.
I cannot believe this place is part of the 5 star Hyatt hotel when you’re expected to stand in the middle of a room and eat food with your hands. We didn’t experience this once in Cuba.
Absolute joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is supposed to be a Soba Noodle Salad, it is not a Soba and it doesn't taste good at all. The staff didn't even worry that we didn't finish our dishes. Definitely not the quality expected at the Park Hyatt!

The steak in the burger was dry,
I thought the cold pressed juice is freshly made by its name. But it is not. just cheap juice from supermarket
The water was meant to be sparkling, but it tasted like it had been chilled for 10 hrs, so it tasted like tap water with carbon dioxide without gas.
