★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly good food. Great value too. Was a 4 star review now a 5 star. This place just keeps getting better. Big thank you to all bar staff and kitchen staff, you guys absolutely make this place what it is. Every Monday for pizzas over the last 100 weeks can't be wrong. Still yummy but lots of new staff learning the ropes at the moment. Good ropes though and good staff. Thank you as always PJ and all those who sail in her ?

Every time I come here I get the same thing - the Pickled Cheeseburger - really need to broaden my horizons but it's just soooo good! Best burger I've ever had, anywhere. (Big talk!)
Decent cocktails are a bonus.
The Pickle Jar - Karori's not so hidden gem! It's popular for a reason.
Love this place.

Booked table for mother's day when we came in our table was occupied by other people and no other tables were available for a party of 6 had to wait for about 10 minutes by the front door with 3 kids until they sorted out the tabble issue. Our snack came last after we all ate our mains, my husbands steak was chewy. To order your food you have to walk to the bar and order yourself and I've noticed while waiting to be served about 5 stuff members were just standing and chatting by the service window.

Food was incredible but I will always be extremely grateful for their kindness and contribution to a very hard day. If you want to support anywhere in Wellington, I would highly recommend going here! Can’t thank them enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Friday night and had an amazing meal! Pb&j burger... sounds gross, but probably one of the best things I've eaten in a while. Staff were all super friendly, inside was odd decor but very funky. Can't fault this place, will definitely be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice. Lots of different seating available including outdoor smoking zone. Acceptable selection of beers, and topped off by friendly staff who were all strictly adhering to covid requirements. We appreciate this very much!

Outstanding burgers, OK chips, meh aioli.
Friendly service.
Given the atmosphere (sports bar?), all the TVs, and noise levels I found it somewhat overpriced for what it is.
