Very fast and efficient, they installed them straight away.
Try and talk to the young dudes in the shop as the older ones don’t take you seriously and give you weird looks. (I walked in and gave a classic kiwi head nod and the old dude just gave me a weird stare) otherwise it’s a great shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a kayak mount system from the Roof Rack Shop, but for various reasons I only opened the box to start using it six months later. I then discovered that two piece were missing - they were probably used for shop demo as the box was not sealed. My fault really, I should have checked.
I went back with not much hope of finding the two missing pieces. But, without even showing a receipt, I was given an entirely new set! Amazing service - friendly, efficient. I’ll definitely recommend The Roof Rack shop to anyone.

The reason for posting a review is I had an uncommon issue with some Thule racks I bought from them a couple of years ago that I've been meaning to talk to them about for a long time. Liam at Barry's Point Rd branch sorted it immediately and with no fuss. Super happy customer - had considered not even raising it with them but glad I did. Cheers Liam and team. ?
