Book it in a Job on the 29/12 a week earlier and the day of the booking they have lost/not written all the information, even my costumer, mention to me about harsh words that they have said to me on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided in my opinion is neutral. The staff don't make any special effort to guide and offer advice, nor are they completely unhelpful. They will give basic short answers to questions asked in a neutral way. They wont however ask any questions of their own to gather info in order to give expert guidance. Their prices are slightly higher than other stores with the same product and brands but they seem to have a good amount of stock and therefore a good amount to choose from. I am not unhappy with the service I received but I am not hugely impressed either. If they have what you are after and the price works for you then buy from them as they stock good brands. If you are after service that is really first class and goes the extra mile then it might be worthwhile to shop around a bit more.
