Definitely a highlight of our Family holiday!
P.S. - I was asked in the questions for this restaurant if customers are required to wear masks here. I accidentally answered YES but NO THIS IS NOT THE CASE. CUSTOMERS ARE MASK FREE.

Staff were very attentive, polite & friendly
Service was real fast.
Starters - Garlic bread with cheese & herbs, light & fluffy, this alone was very tasty, the dips were ok.
Mains - Pizza - Chicken Pollo, Chicken fettuccine & side of fries.
Dessert - Home made Wild Berry Cheese cake
The best $90 I’ve spent in a restaurant where everything was near perfect.
WE WILL BE BACK!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadn't booked but they found us a table. Being Vegetarian, they were able to modify pasta dishes for us. Loved the zucchini fries and the seasonal vegetables even featured carrot. Our carnivore loved his pizza. Service was quick. All told a great choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohakune deserted but Osteria was full. They found space for us walk-ins: fast and friendly; lots of salad which we like; crisp croquettes; fine fish (snapper & smoked salmon; lovely atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful! Every time I go for a meal I am always blown away! I usually order the super salad (which by the way if you haven't tried you must) and the arancini 10/10
The gnocchi is delicious and they have big portions! The service there is amazing and fast, if you are ever dining at Osteria order a cocktail!! They are delicious and HUGE. Thanks for having us!
