Also for $12 the portion was not enough, my partner had the fish n chips that was dry and over cooked. The publicans wife has no idea about hospo….. swearing and drinking at the table next to ours in a bar thats practically empty, so you cant help byt hear everything shes loudly sayjng. We expected a decent pub meal…. No go! Clearly theres a reasin why all the other places to eat in town were full and this one is empty. FYI owners the bogan man-cave look with the tacky posters is not designer nor homely it reeks of cheap and whats sad it you have a quality fit out by previous owners that you have frankly wrecked!
K	Kira Juerges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our meal here after a quick trip to see the snow up on the mountain! Staff were great as well! The fire was nice and warm and the place had a very comfortable feeling. We had some really good wedges for lunch.
B	Berend de Boer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently the place had staff issues quite sometime ago, but they seem to be completely resolved. I was treated courteously and helpfully. Price/value ratio here is great. I just completed a version of the Northern Circuit, and had a great burger here. My only complaint might be that the service was slightly so, only slightly, but it was Saturday night and the place was swamped. The sole chef in the kitchen worked as hard as he could. Recommended if you want a good burger and a pint of beer that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.
