★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top guys! A repair was needed on the controller panel and that was arranged straight away so close to Christmas time....and I live 40mins away! Solved within a day!! I highly recommend the spa guys the spa pool was delivered for my fathers 70th as a surprise and didn't have any problems dealing with the spa guys at all A+++ highly recommend their kind fast efficient service to all looking to buy a pool or products. Thanks spa guys top job!!

Our first Spa Purchase, and Sam was there to answer all my dumb questions!
We purchase a used Trueform Eco Pool, and it was like Brand new! The price was amazing, and one of Sams Team delivered it personally from Rotorua to Patumahoe.
It was well worth getting the Ozone fitted at the additional costs.
Originally I was overwhelmed regarding the cleanliness/mainteance/Chemical side of things, but it all soon became very easy.
Same even helped some months later, by talking me through a repair over te phone, when I accidentally let my cleaning sponge go down the filter basket, easy fix though with his help.
Fully reccomend The Spa Guys, top people who have great products, take pride in what they do, with after-sales support to match!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top guys, I needed a new pump for my Sundance Optima, they gave me all the options at different price points. I opted to go with the factory pump. Very easy to deal with, quality product, pump installed and Spa is running again just in time for a few more weeks of Lockdown - Cheers Guys!

It’s so light and easy to manoeuvre, I’m seriously thinking about replacing the heavy cover on another spa (only two years old but extremely heavy!). These guys are great to deal with and even came in after hours on the weekend so I could pick up when it was convenient for me.
