★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought two pizzas from here, both very average and tasted like a frozen mccains from paknsav definatly not worth the price. The service was also poor... the man who served me, I assume the owner... was very rude and did not seem to be interested in what he was doing, also he came across as very annoyed. I will not be back again. However there are plenty of other good friendly resturaunts around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service so unfortunately I never got the chance to try any of the pizzas as they actually looked and smelled quite good. The guy was clearly very busy but that is no excuse for the absymal level of so-called "customer service".
When attempting to place my order he mentioned he was not taking any orders until 7pm. As I didn't have any timepiece on me at that moment, I wasn't aware of the time, and when I asked him, he said "look at the clock", and his general demeanor from the beginning is that he clearly resented the fact that I was even there as a customer in the first place
Having worked very successfully in several customer service roles myself, it is very clear why he has other negative reviews with similar feedback from others. His blatant arrogance and unwillingness to address these issues in order to improve his service is a clear indication of why this business is best avoided. I'm looking forward to seeing his feeble attempt at an excuse for his behaviour in his reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the best pizza we’ve had in Hanmer- worth ordering ahead- pizza is freshly made and came out perfectly.
Thin crispy crust and not overboard on the toppings.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He said he made great pizza which I thought was a pretty big claim. BUT he seriously undersold himself. This wasn't just great pizza... it was the best pizza I have ever had!
