β β β β β We read the reviews and decided to head over and try it ourselves.
Service was slick and friendly.
The starter seafood chowder was delicious and served nicely with a slice of lemon and a cute restaurant baked bread roll.
The pork belly was wonderful and the mustard mash and vegetables was plentiful.
Finished with a Creme brΓ»lΓ©e, once again lovely presentation and taste was star 5
Look forward to trying other parts of the menu. Other diners looked to have other good choices.

We went out to take out our uncle for lunch because of everything that he has been going through currently in life. He really had a good time.
He was very pleased with the ambience, the portion and quality of food. Our server was a very cheerful lady and she treated us very warmly and took care of uncle.
We started off with drinks, then had bread and Dips and ordered our own mains.
I ate the linguini pasta, my husband the fish - seafood is the specialty of the restaurant and uncle ate beef because he doesn't get to cook much at home.
We were so full that we couldn't even move or order desert.
Shall visit again ?

The food was delicious! I had heard about the seafood chowder - absolutely one of the best in Nelson. Served with a delicious bread roll... I only ordered the small size and I was very satisfied with that! ?
The rice dishes were great too - crispy chicken or sticky prawns - on point!
The salads were simple but delicious with the ponzu dressing and mayonnaise...
The fish platter had a great selection for two. We possibly ordered too much though. All of us were happy with our meals and were full before starting on the platter!
My iced chocolate was a decadent way to end the meal with great company, nice atmosphere, perfect setting for a place to eat out on a special occasion...

β β β β β Great venue, by the seaside. Always delicious food, favourites are the pork belly burgers and the platter for 2 ?. If you like seafood, there is plenty of yummy seafood dishes on the menu. If you like pizza, lots of scrumptious pizzas cooked to perfection ? Great coconut mojitos too ? another must try if you haven't been.
