★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed brunch here on a rainy Tuesday morning. Loved the coffee.
My 3 favourite things:
1 - Different breakfast options you don't see elsewhere
2 - The salmon tostada was heavenly
3 - Enjoyed the interior and exterior design
Observations:
• Could the "mind your step" step could be better implemented? Saw a couple of people missing the sign and stumbling on it
• Maybe a better menu option for kids for brunch? Currently just fish and chips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From interior design perspective, the swan is the right place to show how to apply black color to the space, the wall, ceiling and window frame etc. all the dark background is perfect to highlight the items inside, their texture, colors and shape etc. the black swan is the theme, the designer intended to put this cultural elements inside the design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this venue after hiring for a private function. They tried to overcharge us by $450 and only managed to sort the correct amount we really owed them aftermuliple emails and finally insisting on copies of every receipt that had gone through the till that night. I then had to total these up myself and it took a LOT of effort. The owner just thought she could whack an extra $450 on the bill because we wouldn't actually query the price and then accused me of lying about what we had ordered. Both staff and owner then invented a whole raft of lies and excuses to justify this deceit. Took a lot of sorting and is certainly not an honest or ethical way to run a business. Offered a $50 voucher by means of an apology once they had been caught out, knowing full well we would never visit there or any of their venues again. Avoid.

Two more visits and I am already kicking myself for not knowing about this place earlier. Absolute beauty, this place. Love the ambience and the staff. Smiles and coziness everywhere. Gorgeous coffees and baking. The back room is ultimate to have a team building/drinking session for 15 odd. See you soon team.
Another couple of visits to this lovely cafe, loved it, coffee been really good and baking yum as. Love the smiling girls and relaxed ambience. Well done team
