★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price we paid to stay here this place was more than perfect! The bed was nice and the place was very clean - a good selection of t.v. channels and 3 gig of data.
I only stayed one night but would be happy to stay more - the off street parking is good too !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One shower/ bath per 24 hours....horrendous. I paid more for a spa 'suite' for my 2 kids...first bath the jets shot out black mold so emptied went to fill again and only cold water, reception said 1 bath a night 4 star? No. Absolutely not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually really enjoyed my stay which was enhanced by the friendly staff. Seems to be run on a shoe string budget but was really over shadowed by the helpfulness of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on a business trip, booked last minute. Staff were very accomodating and were able to make space for my vehicle and trailer. Rooms slightly older but clean, tidy and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked room several weeks in advance and specifically asked if the room and bathroom (in particular) were wheelchair accessible. Turned up on the day only to find there was no accessible bathroom and were left driving around Christchurch looking for a new motel. Very disappointing after a long drive to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a medical emergency whilst on holiday, my husband was admitted to Christchurch hospital, I needed instant accommodation. Towers on the Park returned my call within 15 minutes. Lada and her staff looked after me so well. The room was modern, warm and very clean. I was upgraded to to a room with a kitchen.
I had booked for a week but my husband went by medic flight back to Hamilton and Towers on the Park reimbursed me without request for the five nights I would no longer be staying. Thank you to all concerned your care and kindness was truly appreciated.
