★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coeliac friendly, my partner is a very sensitive coeliac and ate here successfully. The food was great, plenty of gluten free options. Normal menu was good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont get how people do not love their food. It was amaaaazing. If I could give it more stars... I would! I had the roast beef special and omg.. to die for. My partner had the orange ruffy fish and chips.. beautiful. Lovely setting outside, lovely workers and so kind (the ones we were served by anyway). Would've ate there every night we stayed in Hamner, but we just couldn't ?. Had to give the other places a go too lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather disappointed with the meals plus service. Entrees came out with all the mains and looked like frozen food. Found a fish bone in my lamb shank - lucky I found it! Fish was over cooked. No desert option was offered by waiters. Won't be returning.

Stuffed chicken menu item is a solid dish (bit dry chicken but that is forgiven), that was good. Other than that cool wee place. Expected more for the money. Wouldn't revisit as is tbh. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's 88 dollars I really regret spending. The service was good, garlic prawns and the beer was good but from there on out it went down hill reaaaal quick.
I ordered the ribs, they were overcooked, flavorless and the sauce was very underwhelming in both quantity and flavour.
My partner ordered the stuffed chicken, this was incredibly dry and inedible, the only star of the dish was the sauce. Safe to say, we will not be coming back.
