★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually went here 2 weeks ago for eyelash extensions I completely forgot to write a review! Lily was outstanding next time you go into perfection nail wanting eyelash extensions I highly recommend Lily. She was super gentle and lovely. She all around made my experience great and I’ll definitely be coming back I adored my eyelash extensions ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really disappointing. No point of booking, made to wait, then let another kiwi customer cut through. Asked for French acrylic extension, never seen such a poor job done on my nails before. Lots of pores and irregularity in shininess between left and right hand with tilted tips in different angles. Continuous shuffle of staff in serving one customer, not just for me but for everyone in the salon and they keep on talking among themselves in their own language so loudly. In the end, they tried ripping off $5 extra charge even, despite the price booklet on the counter. This shop should disappear from Westfield Albany. Nobody goes to nail salon to be mistreated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for dip dye & for my nails to be trimmed short cos they grow fast and to be squared. The length of my nails were all uneven. due to the techs swapping mid service. I asked the next tech to keep trimming and she told me “I’m gonna file them down”… they still look uneven. Then she forgot to polish 2 of my nails at the end. Plus a couple of my nails have a rough texture . So my nails look half done ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this salon, manicure and pedicure done. Wait time was told half an hour but was closer to an hour. Asked for the perfection combo which I never received. 2 of my nails are now stinging which I have never had before at any nail salon. Only reason for 2 stars is the massage chair was fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy with my nails! Got an acrylic infil (previously done elsewhere). My nail technician added more acrylic as the previous place hadn't put enough, especially on the apex due to the length I wanted.
They were extremely busy but still managed their time and technicians efficiently! Many people around me seemed to get annoyed at simple things ? but everyone who worked there was incredible for the resources they had ??
Tldr: although they were insanely busy, and I was a walk in, they advised me of my wait time and kept to it. Awesome nails, awesome technicians, will be back! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hana did my nails for me and I’m SO in love! She did them super quickly but was very careful and paid attention to all the details, making sure to fix any mistakes (mostly made by me bumping my nails ?). She was gentle and super friendly. 100% recommend these guys!
Sad I have to drop my rating as I went back for an infill which was very rushed. No cleanup under the nails like last time and my nails are bleeding and sore. There was a bit of miscommunication and I explained I wanted French nails with a nude base. Picked a colour and finished with no French white tips. She said she told me she could only do one colour which I said okay to but I guess I didn’t understand properly what she meant. Charged $60 for an infill that I will now have to add white tips to when I get home. Left feeling sad and disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I took my mum and sister to have a girls pamper day (My dad tagged along and sat in the waiting area). We had the absolute most amazing experience!
My mum doesn't get her nails done often and it was her first time getting them done here and she was so happy with the outcome!!! She has been showing off her nails to everyone ?
I gave the girl (Bell) some extremely hard work and asked for gem patterns on all my nails ? She was so patient and took her time. She even came up with a few of the gem placements herself and I was so impressed!!! I love the involvement and how easy it was to communicate what I wanted and not only have it executed well but also have improvements made as we went!! I will definitely be back for another pamper session and for a bundle of fun!!!
P.S. my sister and I fell in love with those massage chairs. Definitely need one of those in my house ?
